Choice Achievements

First Choice Home Health and Hospice is working hard in the community, and it shows.

• HealthInsight, a partnership for the future of health care, recognized First Choice Home Health and Hospice as "Most improved performance among Utah Home Health agencies from March 2009 - March 2010."
• The Utah Alzheimer's Association recognizes First Choice Home Health and Hospice as a Care Champion in working hard toward the care and cure of Alzheimer's Disease during the 2009-2010 period.
• The Daily Herald recognized First Choice Home Health and Hospice as one of the top two agencies in Utah County.
• The Second Annual Wings of Love butterfly release, held on June 5, 2010, attracted around 150 people to help them in their grief.
